Booking and Scheduling

• All service appointments are subject to availability
• A valid phone number and address are required for booking
• We will confirm your appointment via phone or text message
• Pricing is based on home size, condition, and services requested

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please note:

• 24+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 Hours: A cancellation fee may apply
• No-shows: Full service fee may be charged
• Rescheduling is always preferred over cancellation

Access to Property

To provide our services, you must ensure we have safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. This includes securing pets in a safe area, providing entry instructions if you won't be home, and ensuring a safe working environment for our cleaning staff.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Recurring service customers may set up automatic billing
• Quotes are estimates; final pricing may vary based on actual conditions

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment. We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.

Liability

While we take great care in our work, accidents can happen. We are fully insured for your protection. Please report any damage within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to cleaning
• Damage caused by defective or unstable items
